🧠 What You’ll Do

• Drive the next phase of product development across frontend, backend, and infrastructure

• Contribute to Mobile & Web Development.

• Own key areas of software architecture, system scalability, and data modeling

• Collaborate with product and design leaders on UX, experimentation, and architecture

• Help shape strategic features and real-time, data-driven social interactions

🧰 Our Stack

• Frontend: React + React Native

• Backend: Node.js + Express

• Database: MongoDB

• DevOps: AWS (especially S3), Docker, CI/CD

• Other: TypeScript, microservices architecture, video management workflows

✅ Who You Are

• At least 5+ years in full stack development — preferably in startups

• Strong in backend engineering, software architecture, and database design

• Experienced with React Native and React for web

• Passionate about clean code, performance, and scalable systems

• Comfortable collaborating with DevOps, designers, product, and leadership

• Fluent in English (Hebrew is a plus), confident communicator, fast mover

• You’ve got leadership potential, even if you’re not managing a team yet

• Big bonus if you’ve worked on video-intensive platforms, marketplaces, or social tools

💸 Compensation

• First 5 months: Equity-based (stock eligibility)

• Post-raise: Competitive salary + additional stock options

• Remote: 100% — but open only to developers based in Israel
