Operations Project Manager

About the role:

You'll be managing A-to-Z deployment of communication infrastructure (antennas, RF shelters, transmission gear, etc.) in international locations

Responsible for planning and executing complex site buildouts with multiple stakeholders.

What you’ll be doing:

• End-to-end management of international infrastructure rollouts
• Planning timelines, budgets, and resources
• Coordinating between internal teams, global vendors, and local contractors
• Leading on-site activities: surveys, equipment installation, integration, and commissioning
• Managing local challenges, regulatory requirements, and tight deadlines

What we're looking for:

• 5+ years of proven experience managing telecom/infra projects abroad – including physical site buildouts
• Strong background in telecom infrastructure
• Experience working in Third World countries
• Excellent project ownership, people skills, and execution abilities
• Fluent in Hebrew and English – must
• Willingness to travel frequently
• Foreign passport – an advantage
