The role involves leading Agile processes, supporting the development team, and acting as a liaison between the team and other stakeholders within the organization.
The office is located in Netanya, with a hybrid work model including one day from home.
During the first three months, daily in-office attendance is required.
The company has about 20 employees in Israel and is experiencing significant growth. It is well-established and stable, serving major well-known clients both locally and internationally.
Requirements-
- Previous experience as a Scrum Master or in software project management.
- Extensive experience working with Jira.
