What We’re Looking For
We are seeking a Technical Implementation Specialist to join our global B2B enterprise-level client implementations team. This client-facing role combines technical know-how with strong communication and organizational skills. You will be responsible for managing multiple projects, aligning cross-functional teams, and ensuring clients are set up for long-term success.
The role is hybrid, with a mix of office-based work in Rehovot and work-from-home (WFH) arrangements.
The role must overlap with US business hours (please see requirements).
Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end implementation projects for enterprise clients, including system setup, integration, testing, and training.
- Serve as the main point of contact throughout onboarding, ensuring clear communication and exceptional service.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Product, Development, Support, Ops, Finance, etc.) to meet project goals and timelines.
- Translate business needs into technical solutions and ensure alignment across teams.
- Work across multiple concurrent projects while maintaining structure, deadlines, and customer satisfaction.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting during implementation and escalate issues as needed.
- Continuously look for ways to improve onboarding processes and implementation best practices.
- 2+ years of technical experience (preferably with a dev background) in an implementation, onboarding, or client-facing support role.
- Proven experience working in a startup environment, a global B2B SaaS or tech company, or other similar fast and dynamic environment.
- Strong technical foundation with proven experience in APIs, databases, integrations, logs, and troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across clients and internal teams.
- Outstanding organizational and project management skills, especially while handling multiple concurrent projects.
- Native-level English, both written and spoken - MUST!
- Based in Israel, with the ability to work around a 14:00- 21:00 schedule to align with U.S. business hours - MUST!
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Zoho, Slack, Hubspot, Datadog, or similar is an advantage.
