RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and manage heat-to-power projects from initial concept through to implementation.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and manufacture innovative solutions.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, ensuring clarity and accuracy.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

• 2+ years' experience in heat and power system design.

• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, including welding, casting, machining, and assembly.

• Experience in selecting process equipment such as pumps, valves, and instrumentation.

• Proficiency in building and maintaining bills of materials, product portfolios, and technical specifications.

• Solid experience in product design and documentation, from concept to production drawings.

• Expertise in SOLIDWORKS or similar CAD software.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.

• Proficiency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

EDUCATION:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from a leading university; preference given to candidates who graduated with honors
