We’re seeking a proactive Sales Operations Specialist to support our global sales team.

In this role, you’ll turn data into insights, streamline processes, and help drive business growth.

What You’ll Do

• Be the Data Champion: manage and update sales and order data.
• Deliver Insights That Matter: create and deliver key sales reports and dashboards& analyze sales trends and customer behavior.
• Drive Continuous Improvement: Support the analysis of sales trends, order fulfillment, and customer behavior to identify new opportunities for growth.
• Enhance Customer Experience: Collaborate on cross-functional projects to optimize customer service processes, systems, and tools across all regions.
• Be a Knowledge Resource: Maintain clear documentation and training materials to ensure best practices in reporting and analysis.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years’ experience in sales operations or business analysis
• Advanced Excel skills: experience with ERP systems, Salesforce, or Power BI is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Team player with a passion for process improvement
