Job Description:We are looking for a Microsoft Security Specialist (SecOps) to join our growing cybersecurity team at YouCC Technologies.
In this role, you will lead the implementation and configuration of Microsoft’s security tools for our clients, helping them strengthen their cloud environments and meet compliance needs.
Responsibilities:- Deploy and implement Microsoft security solutions: Microsoft Defender, Intune, Entra ID, Purview, and more
- Perform end-to-end implementations: from PoC to full deployment
- Translate security requirements into technical configurations
- Configure policies, permissions, users, and servers
- Troubleshoot issues and optimize security performance
- Work directly with clients to ensure successful adoption of solutions
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and/or Azure security tools
- Experience with cloud security, identity management, threat protection, and DLP
- Fluent in Hebrew – must
- Strong communication and customer-facing skills
- Relevant certifications (SC-200, SC-300, AZ-500) – a strong advantage
