Senior AI\ML software Engineer

Join the R&D center of a leading global telecommunications company, renowned for its innovations in Smart Mobile technologies, communication network equipment, and cybersecurity solutions.

This role is part of the Cloud group, working within the Core AI team on the development of advanced AI Agents frameworks and technologies. You'll be involved in designing and building a scalable AI Agents framework for the cloud, as well as developing cutting-edge features and capabilities tailored for these agents.

The company employs around 500 people in Israel, operates from Hod Hasharon, and offers a hybrid work model (two days from home).

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on Applicative AI development.
• Strong understanding of recent AI agents technologies: LLM, Agent, RAG, Planning, Orchestration and more
• Experience with working on AI Agents, Copilots, Chatbots and similar
• Excellent communication / inter-personal skills and ability to collaborate with other teams
• Self learning, passion for innovation and technology
• Ways to stand out from the crowd:
• Experience in Design and develop sophisticated AI agents using industry-standard frameworks including LangChain, CrewAI, ADK, and AutoGen
• Experience in Implementing multi-agent systems and orchestrate agent workflows for complex problem-solving scenarios, human-in-the-loop workflows and interactive agent systems
• Experience in AI agents development life cycle – Versioning and deployment, prompt engineering , Evaluation , Agents monitoring and
