VP HR

We are a 135 person company entering a phase of rapid global growth, and we’re seeking a strategic and hands on VP of HR to lead and scale our global HR function. As a key member of the executive leadership team, you will shape a high-performance, values-driven culture, support expansion across the US, UK, and other key markets, and build HR systems to support Port at scale.

Key Responsibilities

• People Strategy: Develop and execute a global HR strategy aligned with business objectives and growth plans across functions.
• Global Talent Acquisition: Lead global hiring strategies for GTM and R&D functions, ensuring quality, velocity, and employer brand consistency across markets.
• Org Design & Workforce Planning: Build scalable organizational structures and career frameworks to support growth globally.
• HR Infrastructure: Establish and scale systems for onboarding, performance management, compensation, and L&D in a global, fast-paced environment.
• Culture & Engagement: Drive culture-building initiatives, DEI programs, and employee engagement frameworks that align with our values.
• Executive Partnership: Serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and exec team on organizational development, succession planning, and change management.
• Scaling R&D: Partner with CTO and R&D leadership to support rapid scale of engineering and product.
• Compliance & Risk: Ensure legal and regulatory compliance in key markets (notably US and UK), managing risks proactively.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of HR leadership experience in fast-scaling, global companies preferably tech or SaaS.
• Proven track record scaling both GTM and R&D global organizations
• Strong knowledge of international labor laws, compensation, and compliance frameworks.
• Exceptional leadership, collaboration, and communication skills across levels and geographies.
