Location: Israel or Geneva, with travel to NIRU Group sites (Sri Lanka, Thailand, Israel, Geneva, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Paris)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Global ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) Manager to lead and advance our sustainability and impact strategies across the Group. This leadership role is critical to ensuring that NIRU Group continues to operate responsibly and proactively contributes to positive change in the jewelry and luxury sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a cohesive global ESG strategy aligned with NIRU Group’s vision and our mission to “Spread Happiness” for all stakeholders.

Policy and Compliance: Ensure compliance with international ESG standards and relevant regulations across all operations.

Impact Programs: Drive initiatives focused on environmental stewardship, social responsibility, ethical sourcing, and governance excellence throughout the value chain.

Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for ESG topics with clients, suppliers, partners, and internal teams.

Reporting and Transparency: Oversee ESG reporting and communications to ensure clarity, transparency, and alignment with industry standards.

Collaboration: Work closely with site leaders and operational teams in Sri Lanka, Thailand, Israel, Geneva, Hong Kong, Shanghai, and Paris to integrate ESG principles into daily practices.

Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement to strengthen NIRU Group’s ESG performance and leadership.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in ESG leadership roles
• Deep understanding of ESG frameworks, sustainability standards, and due diligence practices.
• Strong ability to influence, inspire, and foster collaboration across diverse cultures and geographies.
• True passion for making a positive impact and driving change.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in French and English.
• Willingness to travel to NIRU Group sites globally as needed.
