We're Building the Future of Intelligent AI Benchmarking and seeking a highly experienced and innovative Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technology strategy, implementation and drive innovation

Matchita.ai is redefining how startups, investors, and CxOs access a real-time, AI-driven KPI benchmarking platform. We turn messy documents and raw data into actionable insights—helping companies grow faster, raise smarter, and get acquisition-ready sooner.

We're two experienced co-founders, looking for a CTO co-founder based in the Tel Aviv area to help us lead the technical vision, build an AI-first product, and shape the next $1B category: Benchmarking-as-a-Service (BaaS).

👨‍💻 Who Are You:

• Hands-on technical leader with full-stack or AI/ML experience
• Passionate about early-stage innovation and product building
• Experienced in B2B/SaaS, data platforms, or scaling technical teams
• Experienced in security apps for Enterprises
• Based in or able to work closely with our Tel Aviv-based team
• A team player, experienced in the CTO position, fluent English speaker, and an excellent communicator
• An experience as a board member with investor
