Job Description:

The Mortgage Advisor at RiseUp will serve as a professional guide for the company's clients throughout the processes of obtaining a mortgage, refinancing loans, or making significant financial decisions. The role combines personal consultation, financial data analysis, the use of advanced technological tools, and leading processes with banking and non-banking institutions.

Responsibilities:

• Bachelor's degree from an academic institution.
• Guiding clients through the mortgage acquisition process, from understanding their needs to signing the agreement.
• Analyzing clients' financial data and offering customized solutions.
• Utilizing the RiseUp platform and technological tools to streamline processes.
• Maintaining ongoing communication with clients through digital channels, including WhatsApp.

Job Requirements:

• Familiarity with the Israeli mortgage market, including tracks, interest rates, and regulations.
• Ability to analyze financial data and present recommendations clearly.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a digital environment.
• High service orientation and teamwork skills.
