e-Commerce and D2C Manager

Red Toolbox, an international fun and creative toy company located in Hod Hasharon is seeking a data-driven, creative, and results-oriented eCommerce leader to drive online growth across our DTC and marketplace platforms (Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, etc.). You’ll be responsible for building an exceptional digital customer experience, optimizing sales funnels, and executing campaigns that increase conversions and customer loyalty

Key Responsibilities

• Own the eCommerce P&L and oversee all digital sales channels including AMAZON.
• Lead our eCommerce efforts including product selection, bundle and exclusives creation, content, and operations
• Develop and execute growth strategies across DTC and third-party marketplaces
• Collaborate with Marketing to plan and launch digital campaigns, product launches, and promotions
• Use analytics and A/B testing to drive performance improvements in conversion, AOV, and LTV
• Optimize product listings, SEO, pricing, and inventory across platforms
• Ensure seamless integration between marketing, logistics, and customer service
• Evaluate and implement tools and technologies to scale operations efficiently

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of experience in eCommerce and AMAZON management, preferably in consumer goods or DIY/home improvement categories
• Proven track record of managing a successful online businesses and growing revenue
• Hands-on experience with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Marketplace, and digital ad platforms
• Strong knowledge of SEO, UX best practices, CRO, and web analytics
• Strategic mindset with a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude
• Excellent communication skills
