Network and Information Security Specialist

A leading organization is seeking a Network and Information Security Specialist

Location: Yehud | Position Type: Full-time

Job Description:

• Implementation and maintenance of cross-organizational projects in the fields of communication and information security
• Responsibility for systems monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance of communication and security products
• Upgrades and ongoing operation of all existing communication and security systems
• Enforcement of information security policies, granting permissions and access rights to employees for routine tasks
• Workload distribution: 70% communication and 30% information security
• Support for project and defense systems (military-related environments)
• Office-based work including occasional fieldwork and potential travel abroad

Job Requirements:

• Certifications in information security (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISO) and communication (e.g., CCNA, CCNP) – significant advantage
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in information security and network systems within mid-sized or enterprise organizations – mandatory
• At least 2 years of experience in setup and ongoing maintenance of security products such as CHECKPOINT and FORTINET – mandatory
• Knowledge and experience in communication and security technologies such as IPS, SSL, NAC, NMS, and VPN setup – mandatory
• Proficiency in designing and implementing L2 & L3 network infrastructures – mandatory
• Strong familiarity with Cisco equipment and an advantage for experience with Juniper switches
• Responsibility, motivation, teamwork skills, and strong interpersonal communication skills
