New Product Introduction

Job Description

• On site installation at Camtek Customer site of new products\modules released from Camtek
• Technical discussions with RND from CDR to release with focus on field calibration needs (service approach)
• Technical writing of the new products\modules to the field
• Training of Camtek local team worldwide on the new products.
• Communicating the requirements of customer needs to the R&D, include the onsite feedback.
• Defining product properties – Ease of use, GUI, improvements.
• Support the global territories technical teams.
• Writing documentation for support and training in English
• Support new and existing systems abroad.

Requirements

• BSc Degree or Practical Engineer in Mechanical Engineering /Electrical Engineering / Computer Engineering
• Two years’ experience (or more) as installation engineer/ Integration engineer / Support engineer/ Service engineer/ in the semiconductor industry on multidisciplinary machines.
• Willing to travel abroad when it will become relevant (50% travel)
• Working with various company interfaces – R&D, Manufacturing, field service teams.
• Fluent English (oral and written) – Must
