Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Physics located in Tel Aviv . The Head of Physics will oversee and lead the physics department, manage projects, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Daily tasks include conducting research, developing and implementing innovative solutions, and providing direction and mentorship to team members. The Head of Physics will also collaborate with other departments and contribute to the strategic planning of the organization. Full responsibility for the hardware development of the product.

Managing a team of four Physicists.

Managing the teams of electrical board, mechanical and thermal design.

50% Hands-on.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Medical Physics and Radiation
• Proficiency in Radiation Therapy techniques
• Strong background in Nuclear Medicine
• Excellent knowledge of general Physics principles
• Proven leadership and project management skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Ph.D. in Physics or a related field
• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus

More than 5 years of experience in lasers / optical communication /fiber lasers / complex electro-optics systems.

Proven experience as a team leader and experience as a project leader.

Proven successful delivery of self designed hardware to production grade including optical devices and computing components in industrial enclosure Innovative.
