System Analyst

We're looking for an experienced CRM System Analyst to lead end-to-end analysis and implementation of business processes using Microsoft Dynamics 365. You'll work closely with development teams, UX/UI, and infrastructure teams to translate business needs into technical solutions. The role includes writing specifications, supporting version upgrades, managing integrations, and guiding users through implementation and onboarding.

Requirements

At least 6 years of experience as a System Analyst

Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 and 365 (version 9.0)

Proven experience with version upgrades, data migration, and interface development

Strong understanding of solution management, deployment across environments, and troubleshooting

Experience writing high-level and detailed specifications (HLD & LLD)

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and full project lifecycle

Nice to have

Experience with Salesforce
