CRM Executive

We are seeking an experienced CRM Specialist to engage and retain customers to ensure revenue growth.

The CRM Specialist will oversee campaigns, and ensure that all marketing efforts are aligned with strategic goals. Understand promotional strategies, user journeys, and continuous optimization to enhance players' experience.

YOUR IMPACT:

• CRM Campaign Management
• Oversee CRM campaigns, including SMS, calls, push notifications, and website content.
• Analyze performance and optimize based on key KPIs.
• Player Retention and Churn Reduction
• Develop strategies to retain players and reduce churn.
• Monitor retention, conversion, and churn rates, recommending actions based on insights.
• Player Segmentation and Personalization
• Use customer data to create targeted player segments.
• Create personalized promotions and marketing strategies for each segment.
• Website Performance and Optimization
• Track and improve website performance related to CRM initiatives.
• Analyze key metrics such as user journeys and nursery cycles.
• Data Analysis and Reporting
• Prepare and analyze CRM performance reports.
• Use insights to inform strategic decisions and improve campaigns.
• Compliance and Responsible Gaming
• Ensure CRM activities comply with regulations and support responsible gaming.
• Copy Editing
• Provide copy editing in English.
  

• 2-3 years of experience in CRM, Marketing, or a similar role.
• Strong project management; able to handle multiple brands.
• Advanced Excel skills are required for analysis and reporting.
• Team player with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience optimizing CRM systems for segmentation and targeted marketing.
• Strong problem-solving; open to addressing KPI-related issues.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and adaptable in fast-paced environments.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal).
• Experience with Optimove will be an advantage.
