Senior Project Manager – European Renewable Energy Projects (based in Israel)

Join a leading renewable energy company and take the lead on large-scale solar PV projects across Europe.

I’m looking for a Project Manager with international experience to manage the full cycle of solar PV projects – from RTB to commercial operation, including involvement in the project assessment and development stages.

Based in central Israel

Frequent travel to Europe (monthly)

Responsibilities:

Lead construction of PV facilities in multiple European markets.
Work closely with EPC contractors, consultants, suppliers, and regulatory authorities.
Manage budget, timeline, risk, and engineering coordination.
Negotiate contracts with suppliers and contractors.
Collaborate with the HQ in Israel and local teams across Europe.

Requirements:

Engineering degree – required.
At least 5 years of experience managing infrastructure or energy projects, including a minimum of 2 years on international projects.
Proven experience working with international suppliers and contractors.
Excellent command of English – reading, writing, and speaking (additional languages are an advantage).
Experience in contract negotiation and leading commercial processes.
Availability for frequent travel to Europe – at least once a month.
Familiarity with the PV sector, particularly with energy storage – significant advantage.
Strong independent leadership, technical expertise, and interpersonal skills in a global work environment.
