We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer with AI engineering experience to join our R&D team and build innovative features for our personal AI assistant. This role focuses on developing end-to-end intelligent healthcare navigation capabilities that make it easier, faster, and more efficient for users to understand and use their health benefits.

We're looking for someone who is eager to work with AI technologies, has hands-on experience integrating machine learning models into applications, and loves building features that solve real healthcare challenges. You are driven by the desire to create user-facing AI features that deliver immediate value, and you do so with a practical, results-oriented approach. You thrive in a fast-paced, hypergrowth startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

AI Feature Development

• Build and implement new AI-powered features for our personal assistant using RAG systems and LLMs
• Develop conversational interfaces that help users navigate complex healthcare scenarios
• Integrate AI agents into user workflows for automated benefits analysis and recommendations
• Implement evaluation and testing frameworks to ensure AI feature quality and accuracy
• Optimize the architecture to be fast, responsive and cost efficient.
  
  

• Develop APIs and services that power AI assistant interactions with healthcare data
• Integrate with external and internal healthcare APIs, provider networks, and insurance systems
• Continually improve our infrastructure to make sure we meet the highest standards in things like security, performance, code maintenance etc…
  
  

• Build responsive chat interfaces and conversational UI components using React/TypeScript
• Create user-friendly interfaces that seamlessly integrate AI assistant capabilities
  
  

• Work closely with data scientists to productionize machine learning models
• Deploy and maintain AI models in production environments
• Build A/B testing capabilities for AI features and user experience optimization
• Optimize AI system performance and response times
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 7+ years of full stack engineering experience with at least 1-2 years working with AI/ML systems
• Experienced in React, TypeScript/JavaScript, and modern frontend frameworks
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG systems, or conversational AI applications
• Experience with prompt engineering and building AI agents for user intent understanding
• Strong proficiency in Python and Go for backend development
• Experience building responsive, user-friendly interfaces and real-time applications
• Experience integrating machine learning models into production applications
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and API development
• Understanding of vector databases and similarity search technologies
