Head of Procurement

Tnuva is seeking a strategic and experienced Procurement Leader to manage and shape the procurement domain of raw materials and packaging. This role is a senior leadership position within our group procurement division and plays a key role in driving commercial negotiations, supply strategy, and cross-functional alignment across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and implement procurement strategy for raw materials and packaging, in alignment with the group’s overall procurement policy
• Lead commercial negotiations and supplier management for key categories and contracts
• Serve as a central authority and subject matter expert for raw materials and packaging procurement, both internally and externally
• Drive cost-saving initiatives, process efficiency, and innovation across the category
• Manage complex interfaces with internal stakeholders and suppliers, both local and international
• Participate in negotiations related to production-related procurement agreements

Requirements:

• Academic degree – Mandatory
• Full proficiency in English – Mandatory
• At least 7 years of experience in procurement management within a large organization
• Proven experience in managing large-scale procurement of raw materials and packaging – Mandatory
• Background in procurement within the food, pharmaceutical, or life sciences industries – Mandatory
• Demonstrated experience in leading contracts and supplier agreements – Mandatory
• In-depth knowledge of raw materials and packaging categories – Mandatory
