Vice President Finance

A growing fintech company in Kfar Saba is looking for a talented VP Finance to lead its financial strategy and operations in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
*Lead and manage the entire finance department, including controllers, accountants, and financial and operational admin teams.
*Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and processes tailored to the needs of a rapidly evolving fintech environment.
*Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis, ensuring compliance with strict regulatory standards.
*Manage cash flow, investments, and risk, with a strong focus on fintech-specific regulatory requirements.
*Own the preparation and delivery of financial reports to management, investors, and regulatory bodies.
*Ensure compliance and maintain strong relationships with internal auditors and relevant authorities.
*Drive automation and continuous improvement of financial and operational processes.
*Provide strategic financial guidance to senior leadership and support data-driven business decisions.

Requirements:
*Proven experience in senior finance leadership roles, preferably within fintech or tech companies.
*In-depth knowledge of relevant financial regulations – strong advantage.
*Hands-on experience managing controllers and accounting teams.
*Strong expertise in financial reporting, planning, and analysis.
*Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
*High proficiency with financial systems and accounting software (Priority and Excel – strong advantage).
*Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field – Master’s degree or CPA certification is a plus.
