Linux System Administrator

We are seeking a skilled Linux System Administrator to join our SRE team, playing a key role in designing, installing, and maintaining Linux servers — both physical and virtual — including critical infrastructure. You will work closely with a highly experienced team, leading projects while ensuring the highest standards of performance, security, and automation.

What You’ll Do:

• Plan, install, and support Linux servers (physical and virtual), focusing on RedHat-based systems.
• Perform routine system administration tasks: OS and application installations/upgrades, server performance tuning, storage integrations, hardening security configurations, troubleshooting, scripting, and more.
• Install and maintain Linux physical servers in a clustered environment (using Veritas Cluster).
• Design, deploy, and support OpenShift Kubernetes platforms, implementing automation pipelines with ArgoCD.
• Deploy and manage API Management platforms (Kong).
• Develop automation processes using Ansible (Roles and Playbooks).
• Collaborate cross-functionally while maintaining a high standard of service and operational excellence.
• Participate in an on-call rotation and handle occasional after-hours support.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Linux System Administrator with strong expertise in RedHat OS — Mandatory.
• Proven experience with deployment, maintenance, and upgrading of Linux-based systems and Veritas products — Mandatory.
• Strong skills in automation using Ansible (writing Roles and Playbooks) — Mandatory.
• Experience maintaining and operating Kubernetes platforms — Mandatory.
• Familiarity with Ansible Automation Platform, RedHat Satellite, JFrog Artifactory — Advantage.
• Experience working with distributed systems: storage, backup, monitoring, and networking components — Advantage.
• Strong team player with excellent service orientation and task ownership.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
• Flexibility to work outside standard hours, including on-call duties.
