Key Responsibilities
- Performance Monitoring: Track and troubleshoot performance issues.
- Alert Management: Address and monitor alerts, and communicate with technical owners of the system.
- Collaboration: Work effectively within the team and communicate with stakeholders.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering & Management or Information Systems Management, with 1–2 years remaining.
- Proficient in SQL and Python.
- Strong ability to track and troubleshoot performance issues.
- Capable of monitoring and addressing system alerts.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A collaborative mindset and ability to work well in a team.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- A passion for learning and eagerness to explore new things every day.
