We are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager with strong IT systems knowledge to join our team in the financial sector. This role combines project ownership, systems support, and vendor management in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end Web-based technology projects
• Provide ongoing support for existing Web systems, including upgrades and incident resolution
• Work with external vendors and internal technical/business teams
• Write and maintain technical documentation and user training materials
• Collaborate in a Windows-based environment (Office, Active Directory)

Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing Web-based technology projects
• At least 2 years of experience in IT systems support or application support
• Strong technical orientation and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• High attention to detail and ability to document processes clearly
• Ability to learn independently and adapt quickly

Advantages:

• Background in business requirement analysis and interface management
• Familiarity with networking and open systems environments
