Electronics HW Engineer – Board Design & Integration

NEAT R&D is a leading engineering development company specializing in hardware and software-integrated systems in the defense and medical sectors.

We are looking for a talented Electronics Engineer to join our team as Board Design & Integration Engineer.

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Electrical/Electronics Engineering (or equivalent).
• 1-3 years of experience in PCB development or experience as a HW support/integration engineer.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in an organized manner and handle multiple projects/tasks simultaneously.
• Quick learner with out-of-the-box thinking & a strong desire to learn and develop
• Team player with excellent communication skills.
• Hands-on practical experience in electronics & IoT systems
• Hands-on experience in soldering and electronics integration.
• Experience in functional and technical requirements definitions
• Proactive and capable of working independently
• Military service in a combat unit and leadership experience – advantage

• Task prioritization and ability to switch between tasks and projects
• Flexible thinking
