We’re looking for a motivated Controller to join the Finance team in Herzliya.

What You’ll Do and What Your Day Will Look Like

• Act as a key contributor within the global accounting team, actively managing critical aspects of the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing cycles, including the accurate preparation of financial statements and tax filings.
• Generate and deliver insightful periodic management reporting packages, providing crucial reporting and analysis to internal stakeholders, management, and investors.
• Support the preparation of consolidated financial statements, ensuring accuracy and adherence to reporting standards.
• Partner closely with local accountants to ensure strict compliance with local tax and statutory regulations across all relevant jurisdictions.
• Serve as a key point of contact and collaborate effectively with the company's external auditors and other consultants during interim and annual audits, as well as on any ongoing issues.
• Analyze various revenue streams and agreements in accordance with ASC 606, providing insightful interpretations and recommendations to management.
• Contribute your expertise and support various accounting and finance-related projects as needed.
  
  

• Proven experience in the hi-tech industry, demonstrating a strong understanding of diverse business models and revenue recognition principles specific to the sector.
• Exceptional ability to effectively manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment characterized by shifting priorities and tight deadlines.
• Demonstrated ability to be a strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills and a proven track record of collaborating effectively with individuals at all levels within an organization.
• Unwavering commitment to accuracy and precision, coupled with exceptional organizational and detail-oriented skills.
• Extensive and demonstrable expertise in revenue recognition principles under US GAAP, specifically ASC 606, including practical application in complex scenarios.
• Must possess an active CPA license and have significant experience within a Big 4 accounting firm.
• Full professional fluency (written and verbal) in both English and Hebrew is essential.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the broader Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience with NetSuite ERP system is a plus.
