Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Sales Executive for Europe to accelerate our expansion across the region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services or fintech, a proven track record of B2B sales success, and the ability to build relationships with key decision-makers at financial institutions, brokerages, and platforms.
The role requires extensive traveling to Europe ( Twice a month - short stay )
Key Responsibilities
• Drive new business development across the European region by identifying, targeting, and closing deals with financial institutions, investment platforms, brokers, and wealth managers.
• Develop and execute a sales strategy tailored to the European market, with a focus on high-value, strategic accounts.
• Build a strong pipeline of opportunities and manage the entire sales cycle—from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
• Represent Bridgewise at relevant industry events, conferences, and meetings across Europe.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to align client needs with product development.
• Provide accurate forecasts, pipeline reports, and regular updates to the leadership team.
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in fintech, SaaS, financial data or research solutions.
• Experience driving sale deals for Saas product focusing on enterprise level customers
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales quotas and KPIs.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a remote, fast-paced, startup environment.
- Willingness to travel
Nice to Have
• Existing relationships with brokerages, banks, or asset managers in Europe.
• Experience selling AI-driven or data-rich products.
• Familiarity with capital markets and equity research tools.
