What does the role include?
- Managing and nurturing relationships with existing clients
- Business development and onboarding new clients
- Leading end-to-end sales processes
- Acting as the link between clients and our recruitment & talent team
- Working in a dynamic, multi-interface environment within the tech industry
Requirements:
- Experience in the tech industry and/or tech recruitment
- Proven sales experience
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, strong listening ability, business acumen, and an entrepreneurial mindset
