Product Marketing, Content & Community Manager

We’re looking for a sharp and creative Marketing Content & Brand Manager to own our content creation, brand management, and sharpen our video, content marketing assets, messaging, and drive cross-channel content outreach and video that truly resonates.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Refine the messaging and positioning of our product and features at each point of the Marketing/Sales funnel.
• Work with Marketing on product launches and drive cross-channel content strategies.
• Work closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to understand user needs and pain points.
• Enhance brand storytelling and expand market reach with high-impact content, including sales enablement, videos, podcasts, video scripts, influencer marketing, and awareness campaigns.
• Enhance our rich library of content assets to support sales and customer onboarding.
• Own and evolve our product narrative throughout the customer journey
• Enhance our content strategy and editorial roadmap across marketing channels
• Make noise to enhance brand awareness and brand equity

Who You Are

• A content creator who can turn complex ideas into clear, engaging narratives
• Experienced in product marketing, brand marketing, and video creation, or a related field (5 years)
• B2B English Writing Experience (both product and content marketing)
• Tech-savvy, curious, collaborative, and hands-on
• Advantage: Experience working in SaaS data-driven environments
• A creative thinker with strategic brand awareness, influencer marketing, and awareness campaign experience
• A native English speaker
