Chief Information Officer

A leading industrial group with operations across the South, Central, and North is seeking a Chief Information Officer (CIO) to lead its information systems, infrastructure, and digital transformation strategy. Reporting to the CFO, this executive-level role requires both strategic vision and hands-on leadership in a dynamic, multi-site environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the group’s IT and Information Systems strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Oversee ERP, BI, cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, and communications systems.
• Drive synergy across company sites by standardizing systems and streamlining processes.
• Define and implement IT work plans, project roadmaps, and digital innovation initiatives.
• Manage cross-organizational projects and support enterprise process automation.
• Supervise software vendors, ensure task completion, and maintain budget control.
• Lead and mentor the internal IT and IS teams, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery.
• Ensure system scalability, security, and compliance with best practices and regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Significant experience in senior IT leadership roles, preferably in industrial or manufacturing sectors.
• Proven track record in managing complex IT projects and multi-site deployments.
• Deep understanding of infrastructure, cybersecurity, and enterprise systems.
• Hands-on experience with ERP (Priority is a plus), LIMS, BI tools (Power BI).
• Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• High service orientation and strategic thinking.
• Willingness to travel frequently between company sites across the country.
