Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a company-wide data strategy aligned with business goals.
- Oversee data infrastructure, analytics, governance, and compliance.
- Foster a data-driven culture and support decision-making across all functions.
- Lead and mentor teams of analysts, engineers, and data scientists.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify data-driven opportunities.
- Stay ahead of data technology trends and drive innovation.
Requirements
- 8+ years in data management and analytics, including 4+ in leadership roles.
- Proven experience in data strategy and execution in complex environments.
- Strong skills in SQL, Python, BI tools, and modern data platforms.
- Background in data governance, security, and compliance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
