Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Validation Project Manager to oversee and manage validation projects directly within our clients’ facilities. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing validation activities across equipment, processes, computerized systems, and cleanrooms, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and client requirements.
Responsibilities
Oversee and manage validation projects on-site at client companies, ensuring timely and quality execution.
Develop, review, and approve validation protocols, testing plans, and final reports tailored to client needs.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including client Quality Assurance, Engineering, Production, and IT departments.
Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets across multiple client projects.
Lead risk assessments and implement mitigation plans as part of validation activities.
Ensure computerized system validations comply with industry standards such as GAMP5 and 21 CFR Part 11.
Serve as primary liaison between clients and regulatory bodies during audits and inspections.
Drive continuous improvement and best practices adoption in client validation processes.
Maintain comprehensive documentation to support regulatory compliance and audit readiness.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 5 years experience in validation project management within regulated industries.
Proven ability to manage and deliver projects on client sites effectively.
Strong understanding of validation protocols, GxP, and regulatory compliance (FDA, EMA, etc.).
Experience with computerized system validation (CSV) projects.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Willingness to travel and work directly at client locations.
