Chief Information Officer

We’re looking for an experienced VP of IT to take full ownership of the technology function in a dynamic, fast-scaling retail organization with both physical and digital operations. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution across infrastructure, cybersecurity, enterprise systems, retail tech, and global IT operations.

As our top IT leader, you’ll work across all business units—ensuring stable operations, enabling scale, and shaping the technology roadmap. You’ll manage a blend of internal teams and external vendors, translating business needs into scalable, secure, and efficient IT solutions.

🛠️ What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and own all IT domains across the company:
• Infrastructure & Networking – on-prem, Azure, endpoint management, WAN/SD-WAN
• Retail Technology – POS systems, in-store connectivity, hardware reliability
• Enterprise Systems – ERP, Office 365, identity and access management
• IT Support & Service Delivery – enforce SLAs, optimize support processes
• Cybersecurity & Compliance – manage tools, partners, frameworks, and audits
• Serve as the primary IT partner for business functions: logistics, operations, HR, finance, and retail.
• Manage hybrid teams (in-house and vendors), ensuring high-impact delivery and accountability.
• Define and implement IT standards, documentation practices, and proactive monitoring tools.
• Lead major initiatives like ERP modernization, retail system upgrades, and international IT scale-outs.
• Represent IT at the leadership level, ensuring alignment between strategy and execution.

🧱 What You Bring

• 8+ years of IT leadership, including full-stack responsibility over systems, infrastructure, and operations.
• Experience in multi-site environments—ideally in retail, logistics, or a similarly complex sector.
• Deep knowledge across cloud (Azure), networking, security, enterprise systems, and support structures.
• Strong delivery mindset—you know how to move projects forward, manage priorities, and lead cross-functional efforts.
• Excellent communicator who can bridge technical and business conversations with ease.
• A trusted partner for senior stakeholders, with a proven ability to thrive in fast-paced settings.

• Experience with DevOps or infrastructure-as-code environments
