The Role:
Join a product team that’s reshaping the hospitality industry with a leading platform that upgrades everyday experiences for guests and hosts alike. We need a designer who can untangle complex problems and turn them into clear, useful solutions. You’re comfortable using modern AI helpers for research and prototyping when they add real value, but thoughtful problem-solving is always your first instinct.
What You’ll Actually Do:
- Design experiences that reach tens of thousands of hoteliers and millions of guests worldwide
- Map product goals into flowcharts, wireframes, polished mocks, and prototypes
- Use AI tools to speed up research, ideation, and prototyping when it makes the work better
- Run quick usability tests, iterate, and ship
- Partner with product managers and engineers to launch features that balance polish with real-world constraints
- Maintain and improve our design system
- Bring curiosity and a positive spirit to the team
What You’ll Need:
- 3+ years designing B2B or SaaS products
- A portfolio that shows thoughtful interaction design and strong visual craft
- Hands-on experience with AI-driven design, research, and vibe-coding tools
- Comfort navigating messy flows and shifting priorities, not just happy paths
- Clear, confident English, spoken and written
- A collaborative style; people like working with you because you make the process easier and smarter, not harder
