AI Developer

We’re seeking an experienced and driven Senior Developer to join our cutting-edge AI and cybersecurity team. In this role, you’ll spearhead the development and integration of generative AI solutions, agentic AI systems, and MCP capabilities, driving innovation in how we create, manage, and deliver new cybersecurity capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead GenAI Project: Design, develop, and deploy AI models across LogPoint's products and applications

Agentic AI Development: Build and refine autonomous, goal-driven AI agents capable of executing complex tasks across multiple domains.

MCP Implementation: Integrate and optimize MCP frameworks to enable seamless multi-channel content delivery and personalization.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists, product managers, and UX designers to bring AI-powered features to life.

Scalability & Performance: Ensure solutions are robust, scalable, and aligned with best practices in security, compliance, and ethical AI usage.

What you bring:

• 5+ years of experience in software development, with 2+ years in AI/ML applications.
• Proficient in Python, Java, Node.js, or similar languages/frameworks.
• Solid understanding of GenAI architectures (mainly LLMs).
• Experience with LLM frameworks and autonomous agent orchestration.
• Hands-on experience implementing MCP or similar systems.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and scalable AI/ML deployments.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have:

* Experience with LangChain, Haystack, or other agent frameworks.

* Knowledge of prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), or fine-tuning LLMs.
