We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Expert Technical Writer, ideally with HVAC experience, to join our dynamic team at our Beit Shemesh office. As a part of our in-house team, you will play a key role in creating clear, concise, and comprehensive technical documentation to support our HVAC systems and products.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop, edit, and maintain high-quality technical documentation, including product manuals, installation guides, system specifications, and troubleshooting documentation.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and design teams to gather and translate complex technical information into easily understandable documents.
• Create and manage online help systems, knowledge bases, and technical content for both internal and customer-facing use.
• Ensure all documentation is aligned with industry standards and best practices for clarity, accuracy, and consistency.
• Update and revise documentation as needed based on product updates or feedback from teams and users.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a technical writer, with a strong portfolio of technical documentation (HVAC experience is a plus).
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, terminology, and industry standards.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to simplify complex technical information for various audiences.
