Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Buyer at Crow located in Airport City.

The Senior Buyer will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing materials, negotiating contracts with suppliers, analyzing market trends, and ensuring timely delivery of goods. They will also collaborate with internal teams to optimize procurement processes and maintain inventory levels.

Qualifications:

• Execute ongoing procurement of electronic components, plastic parts, mechanical items and packaging solutions
• Lead negotiations with local and international suppliers to achieve optimal commercial terms
• Identify, evaluate and qualify new suppliers according to quality, cost and availability standards
• Manage and monitor component costs, order entry and supply deadlines
• Provide support for engineering projects and transitions from development to manufacturing
• Operate ERP systems and generate regular procurement reports

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience as a Buyer in an electronics-related company
• Strong familiarity with manufacturers and suppliers in electronics, plastics, mechanics and packaging
• Proven experience in purchasing electronic, plastic, mechanical components and packaging materials
• Strong negotiation skills, business acumen, cost optimization, and experience working with global suppliers and manufacturers
• Full proficiency in English and Hebrew – reading, writing and speaking
• Proficiency in ERP systems; experience with Priority ERP is an advantage
• Strategic thinking, ability to work under pressure and excellent interpersonal skills
• Relevant academic degree – (Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business, or similar)
