The Role:

As a Marketing & Business Development Associate, you will be a key role in identifying emerging opportunities and supporting strategic initiatives across the organization. You’ll work at the intersection of research, marketing, and business development-helping translate market insights into actionable direction and enabling data-driven decisions that support the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Monitor and evaluate relevant market developments and potential business opportunities.
2. Analyze and categorize opportunities based on alignment with company capabilities.
3. Deliver concise summaries and insights to guide internal strategic decisions.
4. Collaborate with marketing and business teams to assess the value of new opportunities.
5. Maintain organized records and workflows to support decision-making processes.
6. Support cross-functional alignment between strategic planning and field execution.

Desired Skills/Experience:

1. Strong research and analytical skills with a structured approach to data.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication in English - fluency preferred.
3. Ability to work independently, manage tasks end-to-end, and meet deadlines.
4. Technical understanding and ability to interpret detailed specifications.
5. Collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
6. Proficiency in CRM platforms 
7. Experience in AI-powered tools for research, productivity, or automation
8. Familiarity with defense-related technologies such as robotic platforms or unmanned systems (an advantage).
