A leading and well-established company is looking for a hands-on Project Manager to take full ownership of its Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM system.
This is not a classic PM role – we're looking for someone who can analyze business processes, translate them into system specifications, and take responsibility for the configuration and implementation of the CRM platform.
What You'll Be Doing:
• End-to-end responsibility for Dynamics 365 CRM – from business analysis to configuration
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to map needs and optimize processes
• Creating functional specifications and driving cross-organizational implementation
• Building entities, forms, workflows, and business rules
• Acting as the go-to person for CRM development, usability, and adoption
What You Bring:
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
• Proven background in business analysis, requirements gathering, and solution design
• Strong configuration skills – including entities, forms, workflows, and rules
• Ability to own projects from start to finish and work independently
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluency in Hebrew
📍 Location: On-site in Rosh HaAyin (hybrid: up to 2 days WFH)
