A strategic defense organization is seeking a Senior Technological SAP Team Lead

This is a high-impact, hands-on leadership role that combines technical excellence, team leadership, and strategic consulting.

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of SAP developers
• Act as a Technological Trusted Advisor to internal stakeholders and clients
• Oversee and implement diverse SAP interfaces and development solutions
• Drive delivery in complex, multi-disciplinary project environments
• Work onsite (client-facing)—security clearance required
• Based in a central, convenient location

🎯 What We’re Looking For:

✔ 5–7 years of experience leading SAP development teams

✔ Proven track record delivering in complex, large-scale enterprise environments

✔ Experience consulting or managing technical teams in at least 2 large organizations

✔ Strong interpersonal and team leadership skills

✔ Relevant certifications—a strong advantage

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Computer science/Information Systems or related fields

📍 Full-time | Onsite | Central Israel | Security Clearance Required
