Chief Bookkeeper

Currently, we're seeking a dedicated Chief Bookkeeper to join our team.

Requirements:

1. At least five years of experience as a bookkeeper

2. Type 3 Bookkeeping

3. Knowledge of all financial sections in the balance sheet

4. Proficiency in English- speaking and writing

5. Knowledge and experience in the Priority system.

Job description:

• Preparation and control of the company's balance sheet.
• Assistance in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
• Monitoring and controlling the company's cash flow, including collection from customers.
• Ongoing control of all the bookkeeping activities in the company, including:
• Invoices from customers.
• Invoices and payments to suppliers.
• Reports to authorities.
• Bank reconciliations.
• Employee reimbursements - petty cash and overseas travel.
• Depreciation.

The position is based at our offices in Yehud, with one remote workday per week. The office is expected to relocate to Modi'in within the next year.
