Ecommerce Product Manager

What We’re Looking For:

We’re looking for a data-driven, execution-focused e-commerce Product Manager to own the performance and evolution of our portfolio of Shopify-based stores. You’ll play a key role in driving store growth and customer experience across the entire funnel—from conversion optimization to retention.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Own and optimize the performance of multiple e-commerce websites (Shopify-based)
• Prioritize product features, A/B tests, and UX improvements to drive KPIs (CVR, AOV, LTV, etc.)
• Define, plan, and execute the product roadmap in collaboration with Marketing, Growth, Creative, and Engineering
• Identify needs from business stakeholders and translate them into prioritized, actionable tasks
• Manage store configuration, theme updates, and integrations with Shopify apps and third-party partners
• Ensure a seamless and scalable customer experience across devices and touchpoints

Qualifications:

• 3+ years as a Product Manager or Product Owner in a high-scale e-commerce environment
• Deep knowledge of the Shopify platform and its ecosystem of apps
• Strong understanding of e-commerce metrics, user behavior, and funnel analytics
• Proven experience running conversion optimization, personalization, and retention initiatives
• Ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and competing priorities
• Hands-on, execution-oriented mindset with real attention to detail
• Bonus: familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Klaviyo, Recharge, TripleWhale, Gorgias, etc.
