About the role:
• Calculate and prepare salaries for company employees
• Provide professional support on payroll and attendance matters to all employees
• Handle onboarding processes for new employees
• Manage offboarding processes
• Maintain and update various payroll components within the organization
• Collaborate with internal systems and departments
• Perform payroll-related analysis and build dashboards
Requirements:
• Certified Senior Payroll Accountant, certified by the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Israel
• Previous experience as a payroll accountant – an advantage
• Experience with Hilan payroll system, including OFEK reports – an advantage
• Experience in a large organization (1,000+ employees) – an advantage
• Strong knowledge of Israeli labor laws and collective agreements
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong organizational skills and analytical thinking
