As we scale our sales effort, we are looking for a gifted and talented hunter for lead qualification and development to work as a Sales Development Representative (SDR). The primary responsibility of the SDR is to communicate our solution’s value proposition to decision-makers and influencers to acquire qualified sales opportunities. This is an exceptional opportunity for a talented SDR who is a go-getter with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Engage (email, LinkedIn, calls) with prospects generated by your own outbound research
- Respond, engage, and qualify inbound leads and inquiries from marketing, online, and event channels
- Create and maintain target prospect lists; actively penetrate key accounts
- Profile strategic accounts: identify key decision-makers, research business needs, and introduce relevant solutions to initiate the sales cycle
- Set qualified appointments for the sales team and support lead handoff
- Drive attendance for webinars and live seminars; set meetings around industry events and conferences
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams on outreach strategies and messaging
- Ensure smooth progression through the sales pipeline by maintaining accurate lead activity and qualification notes in our CRM
- Identify and share best practices to improve and evolve our lead generation playbook
- Utilize sales tech and AI-powered tools (like Clay, ChatGPT, CRM systems, and enrichment platforms) to streamline workflows, improve personalization, and boost efficiency Required
Skills and Qualifications
- Possess strong written and verbal communication skills (proficient English) with excellent presentation skills, coupled with excellent listening skills and a positive and energetic phone presence
- Fearlessness - willing to hop on the phone with new people every single dayand explain the product value proposition as it relates to each individual youspeak with
- Prior experience as a sales development rep with a track record of achievingsales quotes
- Demonstrated ability to explain complex issues clearly, fast learner withinterest in technology and Data solutions
- Must be self-motivated, persistent, and able to work independently●Team player●English as a mother tongue language
- Ready to work in US hours.Preferred Qualifications
- At least 1-2 years of successful experience as an SDR/BDR
- Prior experience with a CRM and other sales tech tools
- Bachelor or equivalent degree in market research, economic, or in atechnology-related field
