One of my clients is a well-funded start-up by top-tier VCs that develops fast optical devices, is seeking a CSO - Chief Scientist Officer / Research and Innovation Manager / CTO, and makes a dream of the fast device come true!
You will lead the physical-optical / Photonical research/laser / Spin, write articles and patents, and design solutions for different customers. You will manage a team of researchers, lead the innovation,
understand the market, ecosystem, and competitors.
Requirements
PhD in experimental physics / applied physics
Master's in optical experiments, lab, measurements, and development of optical devices.
Preferably, an experience as a professor in the academy who leads research and patents in the Optics domain.
Must have experience in the industry with commercial products, and experience in the direct management of Phd's researchers. Participation in conventions and lectures in the field will be a plus.
