Sales Engineer APAC
A long-established high-tech manufacturing company is seeking a Sales Engineer to join its growing team.
The company specializes in developing, producing, and supplying innovative test solutions for electric motors across various industries worldwide. Our solutions cater to sectors such as two-wheeled vehicles, electric vehicles (EV), water motors, and more.
As we expand our operations at our Netanya site, we are looking for a Sales Engineer to lead sales efforts in the Asia region.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth and develop strategic relationships within a defined geographic territory.
- Identify new business opportunities and establish partnerships.
- Develop and implement sales strategies across multiple product lines.
- Manage all aspects of the sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers, ensuring seamless integration of solutions.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments, including R&D, engineering, and customer support.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of international sales or pre-sales experience, particularly in capital equipment sales.
- Proven track record of expanding sales territories and developing new markets.
- Experience in B2B sales, particularly in high-tech industries.
- Strong interpersonal skills with hands-on experience managing distributors and customer relationships.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel as needed for business.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Office, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Fluent English (additional languages are an advantage).
- A team player with a results-driven approach.
