Director of Product (Portfolio Company-Guardz)

To this end, we introduced our comprehensive all-in-one Secure & Insure platform, and continue to grow and expand our team, our partnerships and our revenue.

We are looking for an experienced Director of Product Management to take full ownership of one of our product lines. This is a high-impact role that combines strategy, innovation, and execution to deliver best-in-class solutions. The Director of Product will lead an empowered product team alongside a Product Designer and top-notch engineers.

This position involves working across multiple disciplines to ensure the success of the offering. You will thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, driving the product roadmap, collaborating with diverse teams, and ensuring alignment with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the product line, managing it through its entire lifecycle from discovery to development, launch, and continuous discovery.
• Shape the product strategy and roadmap, incorporating customer feedback, market trends, and business objectives to deliver impactful solutions.
• Data-driven mindset guiding product decisions
• Create a superior, simple and AI-first user experience
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to understand customer needs and communicate the value of the product line
• Play a key role in go-to-market strategies, supporting outbound efforts in coordination with sales and marketing teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management, with a strong background in cybersecurity, preferably with expertise in Email security, MDR, ADR, or EDR.
• A proven ability to deliver innovative solutions while working in cross-functional environments.
• Experience with AI-driven products and managed service operations is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions that align with strategic goals.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• A technical background, such as a degree in Computer Science or Engineering, is an advantage but not a requirement.
