Senior Salesforce Implementation Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce Implementation Specialist to join our team at a leading organization in the central region. This role involves leading complex projects and developments within the investment sector, ensuring seamless integration and optimization of Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and manage complex processes and developments related to company investments on the Salesforce platform.
• Analyze business requirements and lead end-to-end solution delivery.
• Draft detailed business and technical specifications and execute them within the system.
• Maintain and continuously improve the Salesforce platform to meet evolving business needs.
• Collaborate with developers, project managers, and key stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Salesforce Implementation Specialist.
• High proficiency in Salesforce Flow.
• Experience with Form Titan.
• Familiarity with Monday.com is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC) is a plus.
