What You’ll Do: - Drive the end-to-end ownership of the web application product with a direct impact on our customers. - Lead and mentor a team of four developers, overseeing both local and remote experts, while maintaining a balance of hands-on development and leadership responsibilities. - Collaborate with diverse teams such as Infra, Edge, ML, and Product to synchronize engineering progress with business objectives. - Oversee complex deployment processes across on-prem and cloud environments, ensuring seamless UX/UI experiences with external partners. This position is open to both women and men. Minimum of 5 years of experience in SaaS design and execution, with at least 3 years in project leadership or management roles. - Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, React, and SQL databases with additional frameworks being advantageous. - In-depth understanding of backend architecture, microservices, and modern deployment practices, including Docker and Kubernetes. - Experience working with design tools like Figma, and thriving within fast-paced startup environments. - Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage cross-team processes. - Degree in Computer Science or a related field. - Desirable: Knowledge of various JS frameworks, security certifications, GIS/map-based application development, and maintaining software solutions in production.
